Nice decor, gives off a trendy vibe. The reed diffuser adds an interesting touch, though its scent can be overwhelming.

The swimming pool is way too small for actual swimming. Photos are misleading. Issues with housekeeping occurred daily, like dirty pillowcases left on tables and incomplete restocking of toiletries. The lack of hot water and no water at all one morning was a major inconvenience. Dining options close by 8:30 PM, disappointing for late arrivals. The laundry service relies on third parties instead of an in-house solution.

Really great stay, as always. Fairly clean perfect hotel, brand-new and neat rooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge and coffee/tea making equipment. The pool area is very clean too. The early check-in process too...

Stylish and fairly clean place. A huge variety of superb food for meals. Perfect central location and amazing and fantastic staff. Small restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel.

I almost thought this place would be decent, but then i found ants in my room and the pool was way too cold for a dip. I mean, is it asking too much to expect a welcome gift or at least a smile? Definitely not returning, so don't get your hopes up, cascade hotel.

Unbeatable location close to everything and very professional staff.

The staff's warm hospitality was a highlight, and the clean, modern Superior Double Room had a spacious layout with excellent bathroom amenities. The nearby BTS station made exploring the city so convenient.

The friendly staff made my arrival special with refreshing hibiscus juice, and the clean, spacious room provided plenty of storage with a large closet.

Clean and Modern Room with Helpful Staff

The hotel was really clean and my room looked quite modern, complete with a kettle and a small refrigerator. I appreciated the spacious closet and the quality of the towels and linens. Plus, the front desk super nice team and spoke English well. One thing I think they could improve on is the late check-out policies, as flexibility would enhance guests' comfort.

Family with children heaven

The swimming pool was seriously refreshing! It was clean and inviting, we spent a lot of time splashing around. The staff welcomed us like we were family, offering us hibiscus juice right at check-in, it was surprising and felt personal.

What an amazing hotel! The staff were friendly and cute, serving us hibiscus juice upon arrival. Our Superior Double Room was spacious, modern, and very clean with a huge shower. Location was convenient and only a short walk to the BTS station. We also enjoyed the nice swimming pool.
